§1 Scope. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Megapari-branded sportsbook and online casino services published at the production domain mega-pari.today (the Platform). They apply to every visitor, registered account holder, and trial user. By creating an account, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or continuing to browse after notice of an update, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gaming statement, and AML Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use. The operator may amend the Terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform and, where required, by email to your registered address. §5 Liability, disputes, and governing contact. The Platform is provided as-is within the limits of applicable consumer protection law. To the maximum extent permitted, the operator disclaims indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from connectivity failures, supplier outages, or force majeure. You indemnify the operator against third-party claims caused by your breach or unlawful conduct. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts or arbitration venue stated in your jurisdictional schedule, where one exists; otherwise the operator statutory seat applies.
